Individual Training
/Individual Training/Upgrade: Individual Training
This is not a “become a confident speaker in 3 days” course — it’s a path of transforming your thinking, speech, and dialogue with yourself and the world. Through systematic learning, reflection and rewiring behavioral patterns — toward freedom of self-expression.
I work one-on-one. With you, your goals, habits, fears and beliefs. We walk a journey together that gives you freedom in expression, communication, and of course — in public speaking.

The first session is a full diagnostic and breakdown — often painful, but honest and deeply transformative. I analyze all your communication skills:
- Vocabulary, style, rhetoric, conciseness
- Argumentation
- Improvisation
- Storytelling
- Body language and voice
- Fears, tensions, limiting beliefs
- Psychological triggers
Based on the diagnostic, I create an individual program tailored to your goals. Only what you specifically need.
Each session is 1.5 hours of deep work:
1. Short theoretical block:
With examples, demonstrations and brainstorming.
2. Mental work:
We work with beliefs, fears, automatisms and the inner critic. We analyze your real situations, dialogues and performances, reflect on them and “replay” them anew.
3. Practical block:
Through micro-performances, role-plays and isolated exercises we rewire thinking patterns, learn frameworks for structuring speech/dialogue/negotiations, transform body language, practice conciseness, persuasiveness, imagery and confidence.
4. Completion:
A short performance — we record it on video, analyze, reflect, correct and track your progress.
5. Homework
Homework is based on the principle of graduated exposure — through step-by-step author practices we confront what scares you: fear of judgment, criticism, shame, authority and failure.
Examples:
- recording stories from the first take (where you’re imperfect, but real)
- giving compliments to strangers
- asking a passerby for money (befriending shame)
- performing at Toastmasters
- 7-day and 14-day video-content and speaking challenges
- Business owners and CEOs
- Experts and bloggers
- Top managers
- Those who want to grow and scale through public presence
- Those tired of hiding behind the belief “I’m not public and not media-oriented”
- Structured, concise and persuasive speech
- Self-expression and visibility
- The ability to speak without losing internal resources
- Confidence and brightness on video
- Persuasiveness in negotiations
- Readiness to speak anywhere — from stories to large stages
- A new internal foundation and authenticity
To reach the state of “I communicate differently now,” you’ll need 10 to 15 sessions — depending on your request, skill level and motivation.
